Letting go of the familar (Detail)
My work is a vibrant exploration of color, texture and emotional landscapes that define human experience. I believe that every hue carries a unique resonance, and every texture tells a story, inviting the view into a dynamic dialogue between the invisible and the felt. Through my art I aim to capture the essence of emotions- joy, sorrow, tranquility and chaos=each piece is a testament to the rich tapestry of life.
Through the interplay of color and texture I offer a place for contemplation, a place where the unseen becomes seen in this place I hope to foster a common language that brings people together and allows the viewer to pause and reflect on their own emotional landscapes.

I am inspired by the human form and how identity, character and experience can be conveyed with just a glance. My work merges traditional hand stitching with digital techniques. Starting with photos, sketches and digital manipulation, I create a intricate pattern for each piece. These are transformed through embroidery, painting and printing, which allow me to explore portraiture’s evolving role in a techonology-driven world and to express the human stories that fascinate me.
