A group Exhibition at William Scofield Gallery

William Scofield Gallery invites submissions of fiber and textile-based works for our winter exhibition, Locally Made. This juried exhibition features contemporary fiber and textile art featuring artist of the Pacific Northwest, highlighting creativity, skill, and material innovation shaping regional fiber art today
Submission Guidelines:
Eligibility
Open to artist 18+ working in fiber, textile or fiber-adjacent media, natural materials.
Submitted work must be primarily fiber or textile-based, including (but not limited to) hand or machine stitching, quilting, weaving, felting ,soft sculpture, embroidery, mixed media, with strong fiber-based components.
Both 2D and 3D works are eligible.
Work must be original, created by the submitting artist and completed within the last five years.
Artwork must be ready to hang and professionally presented.
Work previous exhibited at William Scofield Gallery is not eligible.
Artists are responsible for delivery to and from the gallery, No shipped work will be accepted.

Artistic merit and originality
Technical skill and craftmanship
Suitability for gallery display
Relevance to exhibition theme
Entry Fee
There is no fee to Enter for this exhibition.
Sales and Commission
All artworks must be for sale during the exhibition
William Scofield Gallery retains a 35% commission on all work sold.
Artist will receive payment with 30 days of sale.
Accepted artist are responsible for delivery of work by January 10, 2026
Artist are also responsible for picking up all unsold work March 8, 2026.
Delivery
Accepted artist are responsible for delivery for their artwork to the gallery- January 10, 2026 between 1-5 PM
Artists are also responsible for Pickup of unsold work March 8, 2026 between 5-6 PM
Submission opens: November 16, 2025
Submission Deadline: December 28, 2025
Notification of Acceptance: January 4, 2026
Opening Reception: January 16, 2026
Exhibition Dates: January 16-March 8, 2026.
